This Privacy Policy explains how Trucking Compliance Services ("Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information through CarrierConnect360 (the "Service"). It applies to visitors to our website, trial and paid Customers (trucking/logistics companies), and the individual users of a Customer's account — including office staff, drivers, and business partners ("Users").
Because the Service is used by trucking companies to manage their own drivers and staff, this policy describes two roles: Customer — the trucking company that controls the account and decides what data to input (acts as data controller for its own drivers' and staff's information); and Us / the Company — we process that data on the Customer's behalf to provide the Service (acting as a data processor/service provider).
If you are a driver or staff member whose information was entered by your employer (a Customer), your employer controls that data; you may need to contact them directly for certain requests, though we will assist as required by law.
A. Account & business information (from Customers/office users): Name, email, phone, company name, business address, EIN/tax ID (where provided for 1099/check purposes), login credentials, subscription/billing information.
B. Driver and personnel information (entered by Customers): Name, contact info, license/CDL details, employment/application data, road test and qualification file records, drug & alcohol Clearinghouse consent records (including a driver's last-4 SSN digits and e-signature/consent audit trail used to verify identity for Clearinghouse-related queries), pay rate and settlement history, uploaded documents (e.g., medical cards, MVR, background check results), and photos (e.g., BOL/POD, vehicle photos).
C. Operational data: Load, dispatch, and routing information; vehicle and fuel records; invoices and broker information; expense and accounting records; IFTA worksheets; uploaded ELD/GPS files.
D. Automatically collected data: IP address, browser/device type, log data, and usage data collected via standard web technologies when you use the Service or visit our website.
E. Support & communications: Messages sent to our AI support assistant, live chat, or support email/ticket system.
We do not intentionally collect full Social Security numbers through the Service's standard workflows; Clearinghouse-related identity verification uses only the last four digits, consistent with common industry practice, but you should verify this matches your compliance requirements.
We do not sell Customer Data or driver personal information to third parties.
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
Within the Service: a Customer's data is isolated from other Customers. Only authorized users within a Customer's own account (based on their assigned role) can see that Customer's data. Platform administrators (us) can access data as needed to provide support, troubleshoot, or as required by law.
CarrierConnect360 uses AI (large language model) technology for two features: (1) Rate confirmation reading — extracts structured details (addresses, dates, stop info) from an uploaded document to save data entry time; and (2) Support assistant — answers questions about how to use the app, and can reference the asking Customer's own account data to give relevant answers. It is scoped so it cannot access another Customer's data.
Content submitted to these features is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon, especially for compliance-sensitive or financial information.
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to allow data export, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or regulatory recordkeeping purposes (for example, DOT/FMCSA-related driver qualification records, which carriers are typically required to retain for specific periods under 49 CFR Part 391 — Customers remain responsible for meeting those retention obligations independent of the Service).
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, role-based permissions, and cloud backups, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location and role, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
As a California-based company, we are mindful of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Depending on your role and residency, you may have rights to know what personal information is collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of certain sharing. Residents of other states or jurisdictions may have similar rights under their own laws. Our website and app may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for login sessions, security, and basic functionality, and the live-chat widget may use its own cookies. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on the app itself; UTM parameters used for lead-source tracking are read from the URL at signup/demo-request time, not tracked via invasive third-party ad pixels.
The Service is intended for business use by adults (18+) operating or working for a trucking/logistics company. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Service and its infrastructure are operated from and intended for use in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted via an in-app notice or email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
