Terms of Service
CarrierConnect360 · Operated by Trucking Compliance Services · Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (the trucking company or individual accessing the service, "Customer," "you," or "your") and Trucking Compliance Services, doing business as CarrierConnect360 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using CarrierConnect360 (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
CarrierConnect360 is a cloud-based, multi-tenant fleet management and trucking operations platform ("Software"). Features include, but are not limited to: load and dispatch management, driver management, vehicle and fuel tracking, driver pay and settlement processing, check printing, invoicing, accounting and partner-ledger tools, IFTA fuel-tax worksheets, DOT/FMCSA-related compliance and hiring recordkeeping (including driver qualification files, road test records, and Clearinghouse-related consent workflows), 1099 contractor tax reporting, and a driver-facing mobile web application.
Each Customer's data is logically separated from other Customers' data ("multi-tenant"). We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain this separation but do not guarantee it is technically infallible.
2. Not Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Compliance Advice
The Service is a tool to help you organize and manage information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance advice, and nothing in the Service should be treated as such.
- Compliance and hiring features are organizational aids for tracking recordkeeping under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (49 CFR Part 391 and related rules). They do not guarantee your compliance with any law or regulation. You are solely responsible for your company's compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including DOT/FMCSA requirements, drug and alcohol Clearinghouse obligations, and employment law. We strongly recommend review by a qualified DOT compliance professional before relying on the Service for regulatory purposes.
- Tax features (including 1099-NEC generation) are calculation and recordkeeping aids only. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings and should consult a qualified tax professional or accountant.
- IFTA mileage estimates derived from load data are estimates only, based on origin/destination and total trip miles, not verified per-state routing. Mileage and fuel data reconciled from an uploaded ELD/GPS file is more precise, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your IFTA filings.
- AI-assisted features (e.g., rate confirmation reading, the support assistant) use third-party AI models and may make mistakes. You should review any AI-extracted or AI-generated information before relying on it.
3. Accounts, Trials, and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including sub-accounts you create for your staff and drivers.
- New accounts may include a free trial period (currently 7 days). We may change, end, or limit trial offers at any time.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate a trucking or logistics business to use the Service.
4. Fees and Billing
- Subscription pricing is as published at signup or in your order (currently a base rate for a set number of trucks, plus a per-truck rate above that threshold). Pricing may change with notice to active subscribers.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis via the payment method on file, once paid billing is enabled on your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly agree in writing.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to the Service until payment is resolved.
- You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription, other than taxes on our net income.
5. Your Data and Content
- Ownership. As between you and us, you own the data you and your users (including your drivers and staff) input into the Service ("Customer Data"), including load records, driver information, financial records, and uploaded documents and photos.
- License to us. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you input, including having any necessary rights or consents to input personal data about your drivers and staff (e.g., for background checks, Clearinghouse queries, or payroll).
- Backups. We maintain reasonable backups (including third-party cloud storage) but you should also retain your own copies of critical records where practical.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulation, including misrepresenting driver qualification, safety, or compliance records;
- Attempt to access another Customer's data or bypass account/data isolation;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service itself (as opposed to using the built-in white-label branding features for your own invoices/reports, which is permitted);
- Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with or overload the Service's infrastructure;
- Use the Service to store or transmit data you are not legally permitted to collect or process.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party providers, which may include: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, cloud object storage, AI language model providers (for rate-confirmation reading and the support assistant), email delivery providers, live chat providers, mapping/geolocation providers, and (once enabled) payment processors. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers, though we will work to restore service promptly.
8. Availability and Support
We aim to keep the Service available and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided via in-app AI assistant, email ticket, and/or live chat as described in the Service.
9. Suspension and Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.
- Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export your Customer Data before deletion, except where prohibited by law or where retention is required for legal/tax recordkeeping purposes.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OR AI-EXTRACTED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKING COMPLIANCE SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trucking Compliance Services from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or regulation, including in your role as a motor carrier employer; or Customer Data you submit to the Service.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice (such as an in-app notice or email). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
